My name is Paul Joshua Uma my stage name is Paul Word, I'm a spoken word artist from Nigeria. I'm currently a student at the University Of Benin studying History. In 2014, I won the biggest spoken word slam in Nigeria called "WAR OF WORDS", ...
in 2015 I released a spoken word viral video titled "SOS" the spoken word video caught the attention of International spoken artist like Suli Breaks. That same year I won the Spoken Word Call (a spoken word competition in Nigeria). In 2016 I went ahead to release another spoken word video I did in collaboration with Prestige ( One of Nigeria foremost spoken word artist) which got review from Suli Breaks and Bruce George (CEO of Def Jam Poetry USA). I'm currently the convener of SOS Concert ( a spoken word concert). I've enjoyed international airplay from radio stations ranging from Kenya to Britain and America. I've performed in various big stages in Nigeria and have been interviewed on several radio stations in Nigeria.
